The Postdoc will be responsible for conducting high-quality research in global ecology, e.g. on global biodiversity patterns and species distributions, functional traits, species interactions (e.g. ecological networks), and/or changes in community composition of ecosystems in relation to global change. The candidate should have exceptional skills in statistical analyses and biodiversity modelling (preferably in R), incl. analyses of spatial, environmental and geographic datasets and modelling spatial and temporal patterns of biodiversity and species distributions.
