Rotem Zilver at UvA-IBED
has started as the new assistant project leader of
the NIEBA ARISE project. She will assist the project leader (W. Daniel Kissling) with setting up, coordinating and managing the ARISE Monitoring Demonstration Sites
across the Netherlands. The aim of NIEBA ARISE is to deliver a completely unique end-to-end infrastructure for (semi-)automated biodiversity monitoring with specific focus on the near-real-time interpretation of evidence of the occurrence of species (e.g. via eDNA, camera traps, phenocams, sensors for automatic sound detection, radar systems etc.).
