‘Geodiversity’ defines the diversity of Earth’s surface and subsurface features and processes, comprising features and processes across geology, hydrology, and geomorphology. This new Theo Murphy meeting issue ‘Geodiversity for science and society’ published in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society A highlights the latest developments in this research field.
